What's included in each tier?
Student is free and covers full archive + event access through the academic year. Echocardiographer ($15) adds SDMS CEUs on qualifying webinars and credit tracking. Physician ($25) covers regional case conferences, the archive for clinic and fellows, and governance/voting rights.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account billing portal at any time — no penalty, no hassle. We'll send a renewal reminder 30 days before the annual charge so nothing renews by surprise.How does the student tier renewal work?
Student membership is free and valid through June 30 of the academic year you join. Renew each July when you enter the next year of training — no charge, one click. (Joining in May or June? You can wait six weeks and get a full year.)How do CME / CEU credits work?
Echocardiographer members earn SDMS CEUs on qualifying live webinars and recorded talks; credits track to your account and certificates download from /account/cme. Physicians: sSCAPE doesn't offer AMA PRA credits, so physician membership focuses on case exchange, archive access, and fellow education.Is membership tax-deductible?
sSCAPE is a 501(c)(6) member organization, not a 501(c)(3). Dues are generally deductible as a business expense (not a charitable contribution). Talk to your accountant for the specifics that apply to your situation.How is my data handled?
We collect what membership requires — name, email, role, institution — and nothing else. No newsletter sells, no tracking pixels feeding ad networks. Full details in /privacy.
