Present a Case
Share your lab's interesting scans, rare congenital anomalies, and protocol innovations with Southern California imaging colleagues.
Presentation Formats
Clinical Case Talk (15–20 min)
Focused presentation of a rare anomaly, unexpected post-operative complication, or diagnostic dilemma with high-yield DICOM loops and surgical correlation.
Technique & Protocol Deep-Dive (25–30 min)
Systematic tutorial on imaging specific congenital lesions (e.g., systemic RV strain, coronary origins, pre-Glenn hemodynamics, or 3D TEE cropping).
Annual Symposium Panelist
Invited case competition presentations or multi-disciplinary discussion panels featuring cardiology and sonography team members.

100% De-Identified DICOM Media
All video clips and still frames must have patient names, MRNs, exact dates of service, and hospital account numbers permanently masked.
High Frame-Rate Video Clips
Exported MP4 or AVI video files with preserved spatial and temporal resolution are strongly preferred over static screen captures.
Commercial Neutrality & Disclosures
Presentations must be vendor-neutral. A standard financial relationship disclosure slide is required at the beginning of the talk.
Submit Your Case Pitch to the Program Directors
Email a brief 2–3 sentence summary of your proposed lesion, patient age, key diagnostic question, and presenter details. Our program directors review proposals on a rolling basis for upcoming webmeeting slots.
